This can vary from person to person as each person is unique. Typically, it is helpful to start with a few sessions to help us get to know you and what has been happening for you. From there you can discuss plans with your counsellor regarding what would be most beneficial moving forward.
Here at With Counselling we understand life can be unpredictable and as a result, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy should you need to reschedule.
To cancel, please notify the office via your Jane App profile, by calling our office, or email.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be automatically charged 50% of the cost of the session through the JaneApp system.
Here at With Counselling we understand the importance of the privacy and security of our client files. We use the Jane App because it provides data encryption and security for all our records and online appointments and is compliant with The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
